Who we are

Pixeluxe Ltd is a UK technology studio. This policy explains what personal information we collect through pixeluxe.co.uk, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. If anything here is unclear, email us and a human will explain it properly.

What we collect

We keep it minimal. When you book a call or email us, we receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell us about your business. Our booking system processes the details you enter when scheduling a meeting. We also use cookies for basic site analytics, which you can switch off on our cookies page.

How we use it

To reply to you, to run the call you booked, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. That’s it. We don’t sell your information, we don’t add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for, and we don’t send follow-up sequences.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run this site: our hosting provider, our booking system, and our analytics tool. Each processes data on our instructions. We never share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Correspondence and booking records are kept for as long as we’re talking, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. If you’d like your details removed sooner, just ask.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll sort it without fuss. If you’re not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
