This policy explains how Pixeluxe Ltd collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit pixeluxe.co.uk, get in touch, or book a call with us. It also sets out the rights you have under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

Information we collect

We keep this to a minimum, and collect it in two ways:

• Information you give us when you email us, book a call, or fill in a form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and anything you choose to tell us about your business. Our booking system processes the details you enter when scheduling a meeting.
• Information we collect automatically, with your consent: basic, anonymous data about how the site is used, such as the pages you visit and the type of device and browser you are on. You can switch this off at any time on our cookies page.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and run the call you have booked.
• To provide and improve our services.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it, where you have consented to analytics.
• To measure how our advertising performs, where you have consented to marketing cookies.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we will not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.

Our lawful bases

Under UK GDPR we rely on the following lawful bases:

• Legitimate interests, to respond to enquiries and run our business, where this is not outweighed by your rights.
• Consent, for any non-essential analytics and marketing cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Contract, where we need to process your information to deliver a service you have asked for.
• Legal obligation, where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the providers we need to run this site and our business, such as our hosting provider, our booking system, and our analytics tool. Each acts on our instructions and only for the purposes set out here. We never share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

International transfers

We keep your information within the UK or European Economic Area wherever we can. If a provider processes data outside these areas, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence and booking records for as long as we are in touch, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Analytics information, where we have it, is kept in a limited and aggregated form. If you would like your details removed sooner, just ask.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct anything that is wrong;
• ask us to delete your information;
• ask us to restrict how we use it;
• ask us to transfer it to another provider;
• object to how we use it; and
• withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it.

Keeping your information secure

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information and limit access to those who need it. No website can be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be on this page.
